Handmade greeting card featuring a purple elephant.

Beautiful Purple Elephant Greeting Card

The sparkle of the Delicata ink on the patterned paper background helps to make the Rinea foiled paper die-cut pieces really pop off the card! See how I make this purple elephant themed card.

Handmade mixed media panel in copers with a paper doll focal point.

Paper Doll Mixed Media Panel

This mixed media paper doll panel was so fun to make. I used Rinea foil, Creative Medium, foam tape and Tsukineko inks in this crafting project. Rinea foiled paper works beautifully with 3D embossing folders and makes a great foundation for the girls stamped in VersaFine Clair inks. Enjoy!

Greeting Cards made with a single stamp, a single ink pad, a pen and a straight edge.

Beginner Guide: Stamp and Drawing Cards

Sometimes when you’re just starting out stamping you don’t want to have to purchase a bunch of supplies when you’re not sure if you’ll like it or not. Well today I have a really fun and easy technique that will add some spice to your cards and all you need besides stamps, ink, and paper is a pen and a ruler and you don’t even really need a ruler – it can be any straight edge.

What are we going to be doing with the pen…making doodles! It’s really easy and I’ll bet you’ve been practicing this for years without even realizing it. Let’s go!

Layered card featuring a flamingo and tropical leaves made using Memento with layering stamps.

Tropical Layering with Memento

For this card I used a few Memento Inks to stamp the different shades of foliage and the flamingos from a tropical stamp set. For the sentiment "With Love, and Prayers", I used Versafine Clair ink. I took a stamp set which had few layers and created the perfect Tropical theme using first and second generation stamping.

Embossed Foile Paper Border Card

I have a quick and easy card that revisits simple stamping, die-cutting, and embossing. Sometimes all you need is a couple of amazing supplies to put together an amazing card. Handmade shaker card featuring a cute fox flying a little single prop plane.

Flying Fox Shaker Card

I made a fun shaker card using a number of fabulous Imagine products including the new Mboss Embossing Powder in my new favorite color Silver! In addition, I'm adding some beautiful shiny Rinea paper. These two products really add a special touch to this handmade shaker greeting card. Join me in today's fun paper crafting tutorial.

Mixed media tag featuring many elements with a black base and colorful metallic pops of color.

Black and Shine Mixed Media Tag

For today's mixed media tag, I used Imagine mixed media products. I took the chipboard tag and added Black gesso to get a nice dark base. Then I took a stencil and Creative Medium to add a beautiful flourish. I also added decorative chipboard cutouts, resin pieces (heart with wings) and paper flowers to my layout. Creative medium is a great adhesive for adhering all my unique pieces onto the tag. Once everything was dry, I added the beautiful Fireworks Shimmery Craft Spray and Golden Delicata ink to give this creative gift tag extra sparkle and shine. The shimmer products are especially bright on dark backgrounds and take on a new life!

Handmade cards featuring Rinea foiled appers with stenciling techniques applied on top.

Stenciling Techniques on Foiled Paper

Rinea foil is a fun product to work with, but because it is a nonporous surface it can be a bit tricky to stencil on. I am sharing three different ways to add stenciling to your foiled projects in my video tutorial today! They're all different and have different results, so everyone can find something that works for them!

Handmade card featuring soft purple dots made with Memento ink and Jumbo Daubers

Pretty Purple Background Patterns

Need a quick and simple background technique for a greeting card? See how I create a patterned background with large sponge daubers and Memento Ink. Sponge daubers are dense foam and can behave like a soft textured circle stamp when inked up heavily. This technique is a perfect start for a card, art journal or even a scrapbook page. The color scheme and options are really endless.
