I used Delicata ink to dress up this file folder for a fuin and festive look. This year I will pen down my hopes and dreams and blessings, so that I can reflect on them at the end of 2016 and feel really really blessed!

I live in the Northwest and one of my favorite things to see is snow layering the fir trees up in the mountains. Add a crisp moonlit night to the mix and it’s magic! I managed to capture some of that feeling using stencils and Creative Medium.
Create interesting backgrounds using resist effects with StazOn Studio Glaze. It’s quick and easy and the effect is amazing. For this Vintage Christmas card I used a blue and brown combination with white resist giving this card a lovely old world feel.
When the challenge came in to use Kaleidacolor ink pads I knew straight away exactly what I wanted to create. I adore this very old technique for creating a resist background and have found that Kaleidacolor is the only ink that will do this effect any sort of justice. I hope that you enjoy it too.
