Last year I made a card I really loved for my husband, and I thought since Valentine’s Day was fast approaching I’d re-create it this year! I used a gray and yellow color scheme for the original version as it wasn’t an actual valentine.

I love a fantastic background paired with a great sentiment. Sometimes that's all you really need to create a great card - not a lot of layers or patterned paper. You can make your inks work for you in so many different ways, so why not show them off?
When asked to make a card that involves the Super Bowl, I was so excited because even though I am not a football fan, I at least knew that Seattle had a chance and they wear my favorite colors...Lime & Navy. I had an idea of where I was going with this card, but after it was finished I am thinking....why didn't I make it into a shaker card?!? So today you get two cards.
