Memento Luxe on a Fabric Vintage Cuff Bracelet
Embellish a canvas cuff with ink and more for this pretty bracelet.
-
Cut Fabric Tape equal to fit along all edges of canvas cuff. Peel off Fabric Tape backing, fold tape over edge, pressing to adhere. At wooden button closure adhere tape underneath button. At loop closure cut tape as shown to fit around loop.
-
Cut Measuring Tape to fit between Fabric Tape at loop closure end of cuff. Topstitch in place along all edges of Measuring Tape with white thread and small zig-zag stitch.
-
Topstitch cuff along both long inside edges of Fabric Tape, but not over tape.
-
Using Cocoa Brown Luxe and Background Script, stamp over all surfaces until covered. Dry tape with hair dryer or heat gun, taking care not to melt the measuring tape.
-
Using button thread, sew trinket to center of cuff. Using Magna-Tac 809 adhesive, lightly glue all buttons and Vintage Paper Posies in place as shown, or as desired. Using button thread, sew buttons to cuff.
-
Note: glue one Vintage Paper Posie to top of wooden button closure.
-
Place on wrist, close by placing elastic loop over wooden button closure.

Other ideas for this pretty cuff are: use it as a bottle decoration, wine bottle wrap, candle or vase wrap, or curtain tie-back!
