For today's mixed media tag, I took the chipboard tag and added Black gesso to get a nice dark base. Then I took a stencil and Creative Medium to add a beautiful flourish. Watch a video for more!
I love the brillance shimmer that Brilliance Ink adds! I created this entire card using different colors of Brilliance Ink.
Watch my video tutorial below to see how I did it. Enjoy!
See how I use a simple masking technique and water coloring to create a cute and simple woodland creatures card. This stamping and coloring tutorial is a perfect activity for a Sunday afternoon of paper crafting and art-making. Enjoy!
I used StazOn Pigment ink in many of the gorgeous, vibrant new colors on a black chalkboard background and the colors look fantastic! You can even see the purple on black...WHAT?! You have to see for yourself.
Blended faded backgrounds on cards are beautiful and in this video, I show you how I create a night sky using a stencil and VersaFine Clair inks. These inks are blendable and have such bright vibrant colors and are perfect for making your night sky pop!
How about a little out-of-this-world fun? When trying to come up with a unique card I thought of the theme aliens, so created this sky scene with shades of grey and silver and drew up some simple saucers to decorate the skies.
Halloween party in your near future? No idea what you’re going to wear? No problem – grab a couple bottles of StazOn Studio Glaze, a bit of tulle and you’re in business. You can be the belle of the ball – or in this case Spiderella of the ball. Create your very own one of a kind mask and wow all of the spooks on All Hallows Eve.
Autumn is my favorite time of year but it seems to fly by so quickly. I am always trying to stretch the season out as long as possible and one of the ways I do so is with home decor projects. These fun faux pumpkins look amazing with StazOn Metallic inks paired with a bit of Tuxedo Black Pico Embellisher.
Amplify! is such a versatile product. It is fun to heat it and watch it puff up but more importantly it can be used to give dimension and texture to whatever you're crafting.
I love to upcycle items that may have outlived their usefulness in their original form into pieces of art. I thought this old rusty muffin tin would be a perfect candidate.
